HI, I'M STEPH GAUDREAU!
I'm a strength coach, sports nutritionist, athlete and coach-creator of Strong with Steph.
Over the last 15+ years, I've coached thousands of active women over 40 in my signature lifting programs to add more weight to the barbell, build muscle, and feel more athletic than they have in years.
In 2010, I walked into a gym and started lifting barbells for the first time in my life. Little did I know it would change everything. Instead of obsessing about getting smaller, I focused on getting stronger. Not only do I love the feeling of lifting, I deeply understand the benefits that regular strength training give me as a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu: stronger muscles and healthier joints, more power and athleticism, and longevity in my sport.
Nothing gets me more fired up than seeing other athletic women leverage strength training in their pursuits. Following a strength training program means you save brain space by outsourcing to an expert so you can focus on the doing. You'll never have to wonder if what you're doing is effective. It's time to start seeing results for your effort. Let's do it!
